Why did Park Hang-seo leave VFF headquarters?
It is no coincidence that the Park and his wife took advantage of Vietnam's interruption to own a new home.
On March 20, Coach Park Hang-seo bought a house in Hanoi. The house is located close to the My Dinh Stadium to facilitate the work of the Korean coach.
In fact, this is not the first apartment of Coach Park in Vietnam. He was originally given many houses and apartments after his successful years. However, the fact that the Korean coach spent money to buy this apartment showed the true needs of them
Although VFF's house has a convenient location (facing the training ground of the players) for Mr. Park's work, it makes his family constantly disturbed. At the end of 2019, his family also fell into an awkward situation when coach Tan Cheng Hoe claimed that the Malaysian national team that was followed by the Korean coach from his house.
The sponsors' apartments are high quality but not convenient for Mr. Park's work. Moving from these places to the team's training ground is often quite time consuming.
With the new apartment purchased, all of the above problems seem to have been resolved. Park Hang-seo and Ms. Choi Sang A can own a private space but still not affect the work related to Vietnamese football because this place is only about half a kilometer from VFF. So, taking advantage of the interruption of Vietnamese football, they have signed a contract to buy an apartment.
Upon receiving this information, a VFF official was quite surprised. “We still don't know Mr. Park has his own home. But they are very happy for his couple,” the representative said.
VFF representative added that even if Mr. Park buys a new home, VFF will continue to provide public housing as usual. It is inherently a charter in the contract signed between the two parties: “In the contract, VFF is obliged to provide accommodation for coach Park even though he and his family have their own home. VFF will still guarantee this provision. As for where Mr. and Mrs. Park are, we will respect their decision, as long as they are happy.”
