U22 Vietnam officially joined the army for the second time in 2020
On the afternoon of August 16, U22 Vietnam officially joined forces at the Vietnam Youth Football Training Center to prepare for the 31st SEA Games at home.
This is the second time in 2020, Park Hang-seo calls up the U22 Vietnam team to prepare for the 30th SEA Games. At this army meeting, the Korean strategist summoned up to 48 players. However, in this list there are still a few quality players missing due to the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic.
On the afternoon of August 16, Vietnam U22 with a force of 48 players was officially convened at the Vietnam Youth Football Training Center. All members of the team seriously carry out medical checks in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Health on COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control.
As soon as they arrived at the Vietnam Youth Football Training Center, the players were checked their temperature and made a medical report according to the form of the Ministry of Health. The team doctors also fully prepare medical masks, antiseptic hand sanitizers, arrange isolation rooms and other necessary medical equipment to serve team members when coming to the army.
U22 Vietnam will not have any activities on August 17 and only stay in the campus of the Vietnam Youth Football Training Center. After the test results and the medical examination are completed, Coach Park Hang-seo will enter the first training session on the afternoon of August 18.
In this gathering, Park Hang-seo will divide the team into 2 groups, and at the same time VFF facilitates the establishment of 2 coaching teams with full components to ensure the best professional work and medical care. This will be a good opportunity for the Korean strategist to evaluate the capabilities and performance of the players, to find a squad that is like for U22 Vietnam to attend the 30th SEA Games with the goal of defending the championship.
