Facing questions related to the recent impressive performance, Tran Phi Son is confident in his ability. He said that from the time he played SLNA until playing at the Ho Chi Minh City club, he changed his style to develop more.
However, the captain of the Ho Chi Minh City Club said that this was not 100% of his ability. He is trying to regain his best with the goal to asemble with the national team.
“I feel like I'm on high form and have the highest energy. So I will try to play well to bring the achievement to the club and to return to the national team, which is the dream of any player,” the Nghe An player said.
The good corperation between Phi Son and Cong Phuong is also a mark in the recent play of the HCMC club. Both have many good coordination and support on the field and in real life.
“We try to talk to each other a lot, actively discuss on the training ground as well as discuss with Mr. Chung. In addition, we also coordinate with the team very well,” shared the club president of Ho Chi Minh City.
Evaluating the upcoming National Super Cup match with Hanoi FC, Phi Son shows respect to the Capital team. However, he believes that his team also has its own advantages:
“Ho Chi Minh City has a bit of an advantage when it comes to playing 3 matches in the AFC Cup 2020. This makes the players feel good. However, Hanoi is a very strong team with equal force. All the players in their attack are dangerous. Ho Chi Minh City looks forward to the Super Cup match with a comfortable mind and will dedicate a good game for the fans.”
The 2020 National Super Cup match between Hanoi FC and HCMC Club will be held at 4:30PM on March of Thong Nhat Stadium, Ho Chi Minh City.
