Coach Kiatisuk did not hesitate to fill himself in the strongest Thai squad in history.

Recently, former player Kiatisuk has established the best XI in history according to his personal opinion. Accordingly, the team will play with a 4-4-2 formation with many familiar faces of Thai and Vietnamese football.

The goalkeeper position belongs to the departed Wacharapong Somchit. The goalkeeper, born in 1975, attended the 1996 Asian Cup with the Thai team. In 1998, he died of colorectal cancer.

The center-back duo are Natee Thongsukkaew and Surachai Jirasirichote. Both have many years of competition and left many impressive moments for the Thai national team. Natee had more than 12 years in the War Elephants and Surachai had a beautiful goal against Pakistan in the 2002 World Cup qualifiers.

The two wing positions will belong to Surasak Tansurat and Kritsada Piandit. Both were Kiatisuk's teammates attending the 1996 Asian Cup.

In midfield, Seksan Piturat will be on the right wing and Dusit Chalermsan will be on the left. Dusit is a familiar name to Vietnamese football fans. He has been playing football for HAGL for 3 years (2003-2006) with 89 appearances and 7 goals. Even later, he also took on the position of coach of HAGL for a short time.

V-League continued to show its influence on Kiatisuk when he ranked the duo who used to play in Vietnam for two central midfield positions: Thawatchai Damrong-Ongtrakul and Totchtawan Sripan. While Thawatchai used to play for Dong Nai club, Totchtawan was Kiatisuk's teammate at HAGL from 2004 to 2006.

In the two highest positions in the attack, coach Kiatisuk himself nominated with his old teammate Worrawoot Srimaka. Like former HAGL player, Worrawoot is also known as a killer striker (scoring 29 after 63 matches for the national team) and a talented coach.
