Goalkeeper Bui Tien Dung shared: “When I first started playing football, I played as a centerback and sometimes I was played as a striker. Until the age of 16, when the youth team of Thanh Hoa lacked goalkeepers, former goalkeeper Nguyen Thanh Tuan found that I was a little gifted, so I was arranged to play in this position and stick to now. In Vietnam, there are many goalkeepers starting late and not receiving intensive training like me, so using that reason to justify my mistakes is not good.

The goalkeeper's mistake in a game is very difficult to explain, possibly due to distraction, different circumstances, or many factors on the pitch. Even the famous goalkeepers in the world, many times, they make many very rudimentary mistakes and cannot explain why. ”

Currently, goalkeeper Bui Tien Dung maintains training every day. The 22-year-old player jogs early in the morning to stay fit, then continues to practice supplementary exercises. He is trying his best to keep the best condition when football returns.
